I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a small Cornish village, nestled on the banks of a river. The location was absolutely idyllic, allowing us to enjoy peaceful walks along the river and take in the beautiful scenery. The hotel itself had a lovely pub where we had a fantastic lunch of sandwiches - they were absolutely delicious!
All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and there was not a single aspect that we felt needed improvement.

The pub had a nice atmosphere and the sandwiches for lunch were fantastic. The family room we stayed in was quiet and comfortable, and we slept well. the breakfast was well cooked and filling.
The room could have been cleaner, as the carpet needed a hoover and the skirtings were dirty. The Sunday lunch was average, with stringy and fatty beef and lukewarm vegetables.

We recently stayed at a pub in a tiny Cornish village. The atmosphere was lovely and the locals were very welcoming. The rooms were clean and cozy, with lovely appointments. The food was amazing, with great-tasting meals and a wide variety, even catering to different dietary needs. The pub is at the heart of the village, making it an excellent location.
The menu can be a bit unpredictable, and some ingredients run out often. The carpet in the room could do with a clean, although the bathroom was clean and tidy.
